Not 100% sure but I think ISA brown with leghorn.
my egg source has 2 flocks but he looks like the ISA x Hutterite leghorn one

Okay. Mine is a Leghorn crossed with an EE. I definitely see Leghorn in your boy.

Edit: He looks like our boy Faith! What is he mixed with? Ours is “Olive egger” X Red sex link, with EE further down the family tree.

He has a brother as well, but looks different than him.
Our main rooster is Sex link EE, but he has less white, and more orange and red, with yellow legs.

Faith’s likely mother is an olive egger we bought a few years ago, she has pink legs, overall white feathers, and a white beak. She is the only one we have like that.
