He’s a rooster, right?

I got him from a friend about a week ago, and he said he’d heard him crow. I haven’t heard it yet. He looks like a rooster to me, but I’m new to chickens so what do I really know lol. He is somewhere around 15 weeks. What do yall think?

Yes, looks like a roo. The new environment is pretty stressful and once he gets used to it he'll start crowing again.
