I’m in a lot of shock right now because I just figured out that Mark from marks happy hens in Mississippi just passed. If you know him you can say goodbye. Atleast he is not suffering from his heart problems anymore. He shall be missed. If you know him please share your grief .
Your friend,
Chicken boy

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Sorry to meet under unpleasant circumstances

He was a really nice guy but he had heart issues but 2 nights ago he had a heart attack in his sleep. It was pretty sad to find out for me. Now he had all kinds of animals and I don’t know what’s gonna happen because he atleast has 100 animals including chickens ducks sheep etc

If you unable to care for all the animals, you may want to consider going to your state thread and explain that you have to find good homes for the animals you can't keep. Someone may be thrilled to get free animals. What a lovely memorial, that these animals go to people who will love them and might not be able to get them another way. Do be prepared to split some groups up.
Good luck to you, most importantly, take care of you, let yourself grieve at your own pace.
And use this forum to help in whatever way that may be.

If I may ask, what area of the country are these animals currently being housed?
Thoughts and prayers sending your way. :hugs

I do not believe the OP has these animals, they belong to the person that passed.

Thank you, I realize that, however if you read his posts, it sounds like he may be responsible (or feels he is) for said animals.
Regardless this is a good place to talk about people we love who have, sadly, passed.
