How long after a rooster crows will he be able to fertilize? He is a bantam and about 17 weeks old.

Roosters are typically able to fertilize starting around 15 weeks old.

can you watch him out the window or something and see if he is "getting the job done"?
He shouldnt do it with you around but if you can spot him from another spot that should be a good indicator....
