I think sometimes you just run across some sort of chemical imbalance. Just like some roosters are nearly impossible to live with while others are mellow and still great to their hens and good protectors. My feeling is, I'm not going to allow one chicken to abuse the rest of the flock. I've had a couple of roos and a pullet fall into this category. Pullets don't usually become chicken dinner here, but that one did.
 
Cull, no sense risking that aggressive behavior being passed on to another generation. It'll only get worse as he gets bigger!

i had one like that also, an o shamo i grew him to mature age kept him busy with a blank dvd

i have to agree sounds like freezer camp time if he's that young and being so mean i would hate to see what he's like all grown up
 
So sorry to hear that. I would have dh do the same thing.
 
I'd cull him rather than give him to someone else. If he's that mean now he can't get much better and later it will only be a bigger problem.
