He or She? - 4 week old EEs

These are my almost 4 week old EEs. Are they old enough to tell if they're pullets or cockerels? I can't keep roosters in the city limits and my coop space is limited, but I don't want to give up or give away any that could be hens too quickly. Thanks!!

It was bluekote - I have a feather picker in the group and had to treat her. On the bright side, it makes her easy to tell apart from the others lol

You can also tell who the feather picker is . . no. 1 with the purple lipstick. lol
