Most of the votes were for pullet but there were some questions about saddle feathers so I'm posting additional photos so everyone can weigh in again. Thanks for all your help.

I'd say pullet also. EEs are very hard to sex. You either listen for a crow or get an egg to be positive. I had one that I was not sure of until this week when she laid my pretty med green egg. Yeah!! Gloria Jean
 
Okay I'm going to have to say here, everyone who said SHE is WRONG.

That is a definite he. One rule with Easter Eggers is that females can not, under any circumstances, have that color of white w/ black barring around the wings, neck, and tail with brown/red showing up on the shoulder. That is simply a duckwing color showing up, in which males carry in that pattern - Females only carry it on the chest, and most female EE's in this color are solid brown and black.
