Hi everyone.

This is kind of hard to watch, but i would really appreciate some help on what is wrong with my rooster.

He has wry neck-like symptoms, but it was a sudden onset. I saw him completely fine and then a couple hours later he was writhing on the ground with his head twitching (shown in video).

I am suspecting head injury but wanted some other opinions.

He has been like this for 2 days without signs of improvement or worsening. He can still eat and drink which is good but seems in constant pain/distress.

We have been giving him vitamin E just in case it is JUST wry neck due to deficiency.

Thank you!

I sorry to hear about your Rooster's neck issue.

I tried to view the video, but I got this

How old is he and what do you feed?

Has he been in a fight?

I'd give him 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily for several weeks. Give him a little egg daily to help with the uptake of E. See that he's eating/drinking. If needed tube or torpedo feed him.

Any chance he's eaten anything toxic, oil spill, compost, pesticide, moldy feed, etc.?

You can find vitamins at stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. I've left an example below.
