I noticed that one of my hens is not able to stand and her tail is flat but kind of puffed up. Her coloring is good and I do not see any obvious inflammation. I gave her an epsom bath in case of being egg bound, but could not palpate an egg externally. I don’t have any gloves so I cannot do an internal exam. She is interested in the slurry that I made for her but her head is shifting from side to side, similar to a neurological issue. Any ideas what might be happening and how I can help her?

Pictures would help people identify the issue
Could it be wry neck?

I was unable to load a video and the pictures don't really show anything other than her cuteness. I sent a clip of the head twitching to my vet and they agree that it looks neurological. Possibly viral. I'm going to try supportive care and see about getting some anti-inflammatories onboard.
