Head room in coop ?

Yes, but how about yourself? Most people who build small coops eventually wish they had built one to accommodate humans standing up. I'm sure one. Bending over or trying to reach inside a tiny coop for an injured chicken or to clean, is back breaking as we get older.

Technically, yes, it is enough room. Practically, maybe not. How high is your roost? Where is your ventilation? Hard to give a definitive answer without seeing the actual conditions.
As far as small coops go, mine is 5X5. I have no problems cleaning it on the rare occasion I need to, but I don't do poop boards like so many on here do. 1X2 welded wire under the roost so poop falls through or gets brushed through once in a while and falls to the ground.

That space should be adequate for your chickens for headroom. However it may be only marginal when you have vents that high. You will have to be careful that no breeze blows on the birds during the winters. When a breeze ruffles their feathers the chickens lose the heat trapped under the feathers. You need about 1 square foot of ventilation for every chicken you have in the coop.

As to a stand up coop, some like them and some do not. My coop is raised off the ground 2 1/2 feet and is not a stand up coop. To clean it I roll the wheelbarrow under the large clean out door in the back of the coop. Using a rake or shovel or hoe I pull all the old bedding into the wheelbarrow. Then I dump the wheelbarrow. There is no bending needed. I think I would find a stand up coop where I would have to pick up the bedding to put it in the wheelbarrow more difficult. We all end up with the type of coop that suits our needs the best.
