Hello!

Both of my Salmon Faverolles do this. I have 12 chickens total, 2 are SF’s. I’ve had other chickens in the past (no SF) and have not seen this behavior in any of the chickens I’ve ever owned. Only the Faverolles. I have had other bearded breeds too that did not do this. What’s up?!

I have not. If I can, I will. They are very cautious and don’t come near us humans as much as the other chickens. This was actually the first time she’s gotten close to me since she was a chick!

Looks like some kind of twitchy response to something.

Yes, as @aart said, check the ears.

Make sure she's nice and healthy.
