So, I've been away at college for a bit now and just came home to see my chickens, but I'm noticing that randomly and quite frequently, they would shake their head three times very quickly, almost like they're sneezing but with no sneeze. I noticed one of my younger chicks was doing it constantly when trying to sleep last night, and that all my other chickens are doing it to. What can this be?

Head twitching may be normal for chicks when their feathers are growing in. However, it is good to check for the presence of lice or mites running around on skin, or their eggs stuck in feathers. What type of bedding are you using? Sometimes chicks adjust their crops when something is stuck, and that may look odd. A video of the behavior is welcome, and thise must be uploaded to a format such as YouTube or Vimeo or others with a link posted here.
