Are they still sneezing and twitching? Did you get the Tylosin started? Are they eating and drinking? How is the brooder ventilation? Could you get a video of what they are doing, and upload to it YouTube with a link posted here?
Yes, antibiotics have been given for 3 days now.

Still twitching just as much, sneezing occasionally but it’s less. Ventilation is fine, I also clean out their Brooder often. I haven’t let them outdoors in fear of my other flock coming in contact with them. I can take a video and try uploading it this evening. They’re otherwise acting normal - eating, drinking and playing.

Posted two videos on this thread, hopefully I did it correctly

When they sneeze, clear mucus was spraying out a bit. I only know this because I was holding them at the time. I haven’t seen it since though.
@Eggcessive I noticed today, when I touch or scratch by the one who started the head twitching first, she looks like she’s yawning afterwards. I don’t know if this is a normal reaction or if she’s twitching because of her ears. She does it the most out of all of them.

Goodness, that is odd and I'm so sorry the antibiotics haven't seemed to help. Now that they're on it, I'd still continue it whatever the recommended days and then give them a good probiotic for a week or two afterward.

I can't remember if this has already been mentioned, but have you checked them for ear mites? That can cause the head twitching like what I see, but it wouldn't typically cause sneezing. Of course, weirder things have happened.

Yeah, I checked them for mites. Now with ear mites, I don’t know how I’d specifically check for that.Would I have to check under their ear flap?

I did notice the other day, when scratching around the ear flap on my chick that shakes her head the
most- that she would yawn afterwards.
