Heading to Meyers with the kids soon!

I recently lost all 4 of my Polish Chickens to a coyote, which broke my heart. My husband was about to shoot it one evening but the farmer (behind us)beat him to it

. Now the chicken yard is repaired and all should be perfect for the new chicks. Since we only live about an hour and a half from Meyers I figured it would be a great trip, and maybe if I let the kids pick out a few chickens then maybe this time they just might like them... I know what your thinking, who doesn't like chickens!!

and my daughter is looking into a show girl, frizzle, or a sizzle.

Can't wait until Aug 22!
