I've had 3 hens and 1 rooster killed the heads were gone. Then I had 1 eaten all but the wing. I have 4 hens left now. In reading everything I've seen and read will what ever is doing this go after my ducks when the chickens gone?

Sorry to hear your loss.

You do need to figure out what the predator is. It will keep returning, for it does not do it to be EVIL, just to get DINNER.
Here is a link to some interesting reading that may help you identify the predator.

Did this happen day or night? In or out of coop? If in coop, how secure is it?

Do you have minks or weasels in your area? They will kill just for fun and will start with the head. If they are hungry, they'll then go for the internal organs as well. Raccoons will also just bit heads off. Even if they can't reach the rest. I've had a coon reach in and grab a chicken through the wire and bite off its head.

You could set out a live trap baited with meat and see what you catch.

Good luck!
