Health issues question

We had to dispatch one of our chickens due to her, not eating and being lethargic. Once dispatched we noticed her intestinal track was basically solid, her crop was filled with undigested food and liquid, and she was laying eggs internally into her body cavity it seems. There seemed to be spots on her intestinal track. The liver looks fine. She did have some fat. Please see attached photos.

Would anyone happen to know what the issue would be with her?
We still have two chickens. Should I be treating them for something?
Is her meat safe to eat?

I'm no expert on interpreting a necropsy, but those photos look a lot like some of my necropsies where I found an abdominal cavity swimming in tumors. I also have seen lesions on organs similar to your photos. My flock carries the leucosis virus.
