Please bear with me, I'm a newbie! I am supposed have some chicks hatch tonight! I have been reading people saying that they can hear peeping coming from the eggs, when should you start hearing them?

Is it really 21 days, down to the hour? Or could I be staring at the incubator for hours?
I've had mine hatch anywhere from 19 days to 23 days.
