Heartbroken...Found my Roo dead this morning...

I found my Roo dead in my coop this morning,he was happy as can be last night when I gave him and his hens their evening snack...he was fine this morning when my daughter opened his coop,20 minutes later I went out to have our routine breakfast snack and he was flat on his back dead in the coop & I am a sobbing mess.

I am so sorry. Sadly, sometimes they just die and we never know why. I am so sorry.

I was so sorry and surprised when you called me with the news of bluesters passing! Who would have suspected that! I mean talk about the picture of strapping health! He hadnt even reached a full year old yet!

I am so sorry for your loss. I only wish there was something we could do.

I have just placed an order for our spring chicks, and the company heard your story and is mixing in a single male blue cochin chick just for you. he will be arriving by friday, and will be marked, so in Bluesters memory we will be saving an unwanted lil' cheep.
