Heat exhaustion or something else? She can still walk!

Hi, I carefully read the other post questioning if her bird had heat exhaustion or something else. My girl (12 weeks) is a little different in that she can still walk she just chooses not to. She is a little wobbly and shaky when she does though. I came home yesterday after the temps had reached 108 and all everyone else was doing fine and she wouldn't move. She wouldn't drink and had her eyes mainly closed the entire time I was trying to take care of her yesterday. I put a box fan on the coop throughout the night and when I went to let them out this morning they ran out, including her but she quickly found a spot to sit. So, how will I know if it is something else? I don't want to keep her alive miserable but I don't want to give up on her either. Is it safe to assume since she is doing a little better today it is heat exhaustion and not another disease? I would hate to loose another chicken, we have had a rough month with 4 being eaten by animals (one attack was my fault. gulp) Any knowledge would be appreciated!
