Heat Exhaustion

Is she overweight at all? Certain breeds and overweight chickens sometimes do not handle hot weather as well. There also could have been some pecking.order issue with keeping her from food and water, but she is still at an age where coccidiosis can still be a problem. Corid is not harmful to use if she doesn’t have coccidiosis.
She is not overweight, but one of the smaller pullets so could have been limited to food/water. I am starting the corid now

The coccidiosis damage to their digestive tract makes them feel very unwell and they don't eat and drink well. If she's not drinking then the heat will be harder on her, which could be why she was panting. Bloody droppings in chicks is nearly always coccidiosis, so I'm very glad you started treatment.

Thank to everyone for the adivce! I started the treatment for coccidiosis yesterday, along with treating my other girls just in case. She is stil inside just so I can watch her, but is much stronger today. She at 1/2 of a scrambled egg this morning with some yogurt and a little cantaloupe. She is much stronger and standing/moving around. She still doesn’t seem to want to drink much water, so hopefully that will change in the next day or two.
