Yes, that and others. They range from 500-1500 watts. All are thermostatically controlled and shut off if they tip over.
My back porch has a 1500 watt heater where I store eggs before bringing them indoors where it stays around 40-50F. Something fell on the heater and it dropped to about 20F the other morning when the heater shut off.
