Heat lamp for ducklings

My ducklings are only 2 weeks old but they have completely lost interest in the heat lamp and no longer use it. Does this mean they are ready to live outside? They don’t seem to shiver or get cold outside either.

My Call ducklings stopped using the heat lamp and stayed as far away from it as they could when they were about two weeks old. As it was early spring I kept the ducklings in the house for another two weeks without the heat lamp.
