we bought a "timer" that connects to your outside faucet,,and as it turns,, the "slides"(just a thing ya stick in to tell it to start) stick in it,,1 for when ya want it to go on,, another for when you want it to go off,,,,,i dont get inside their coop wet,, but spray the top so its just like raining,, and 1 in the yard ,,they love it!!

Sorry kinnip! I am actually in long sleeves and chilly at the moment. It is pouring.

I was hot yesterday and had to come in at noon for an hour, does that count?

Ugh. I know! We needed electric blankets on vacation at Rangeley a few weeks ago.

I will be sobbing to live in Georgia in January, or Texas for that matter.

was at my moms on Saturday. She has central a/c.
But going from the house to the yard, grilling food for DH's birthday party.. was like walking into a blast furnace!

We have the pool in the back yard. But some days I just do not want to go out there! Right now the girls are still in the brooder and I have the fan resting on top of the cover pulling air out. They know they have it good.
The horse has just been dripping wet with sweat. And he does nothing all day.
