Heat plate size

I have 7 chicks to pick up in a few weeks, plus I am incubating 12 BCM and 6 silkies. (I know they won't all hatch)

I have a 12*12 heat plate used previously. I know it's not big enough. Would another 12*12 be enough?

Hatch date and pick up date is 4/20, so there will still be some chilly nights in the garage.

NVM, I misread

So 25 max, right? I think 12*24 altogether should be plenty. I would put them side by side and brood the whole lot together if possible.
