Heat sensitive hen

Hi peeps!! I have a question. Does anybody else have a heat sensitive hen? Lucy is a 1.5yr old Ameraucana and has always been healthy, except when she got heat exhaustion this past summer from the sudden heatwave in my area. Now when the temps go up quickly she pants and spreads her feathers like it's crazy hot out. There is a drastic change in temps from night to day, right now. Last night it was 3°C and daytime was 24°C. None of my other girls do this and I have 12 other chickens.
She also has drank water and had fluids come out when she put her head down after drinking. This has happened since I got her as a 4 week old.
I'm not thinking she's unhealthy. I just wonder if anyone else has come across this??

I have seen heat sensitivity in poultry and even in dogs that have suffered heat stroke. Sometimes they grow out of it, and sometimes it is a lifetime problem.

Thank you so much. That's good to know. She's fine now in the cooler temps. And I put electrolytes out for her and she seems to do much better with them in her. I guess we'll see if she outgrows it.

Thank you. She's an Ameraucana. I understand that alot of Ameraucana are most likely Easter Eggers because of all the cross breeding but her breeder is very conscious of her breeding program, enough to say she's more Ameraucana than anything else. Lol. And she lays beautiful light blue eggs.
No extra fat on her at all, she's got an athletic build. Lol.
I will say that she crowed twice this spring when her best friend Ethel was broody. I'm thankful she's still laying and not going through a spontaneous sex change. Lol.

Ooohhh...because of the pic you asked about her fat? This pic was taken in the winter. She was puffed up and had LOTS of plumage.

No, no. I was asking just because xtra fat can be a problem, but she’s a good size.
