Heat source for DIY incubator

Hi, I made a DIY foam incubator and have a twenty five watt light bulb in it and it is supposed to last 500 hours. I have had it in for twenty four but I feel it is running out. Not the first time either. Does anyone know why or have other suggestion for heat source?

I use light bulbs for mine I alway use 2.one has 2 40 watt that i use with a dimmer....I also have a 12volt one the I have 3 12volt 18 watt bulbs... they work great.. your 25 watt may not be enough idk.. you should always have 2 in there.. what's happening if 1 burns out... you still got one that could save your eggs until you replace it.

My 2 40s was too much that's why I used dimmer..
