Heat sources for small DIY incubators?

Ah, I understand. If you want something that will plug into an extension cord you need to use something that says 110v. That small one is 12v, so you need a 12 v wall wart.

I found these in my basement. They're 120v, 40w. Being so small, I wonder if they might work for a build this size?
