What temperature can Japanese quail withstand? In the UK it can get to around-15c/5f, would quail need to be brought inside then?

I’m in the UK & my quail do just fine outside. They have a dry enclosure, are protected from the wind & have plenty of hiding spots to hunker down in. Also plenty of bedding to keep warm in. I’ve found them to be quite hardy little birds. Even my smaller quail are doing ok and they are no bigger than a hedge sparrow.
