Heater plate for waterer

I saw a neat heatplate that was put under a waterer or maybe a nest box I don't remember. I thought I bookmarked it and now I can't find it.

Does anyone know the dealer that sell these? Thanks

Dianne,
If you look at any major Poultry wab site you will find these water heaters. Keeps the water jugs from freezing in the winter. In fact I need a dozen my self.
