Heating ther coop

Thinking ahead to colder temps. We have three RSL in a snug coop. We are a bit overwhelmed by heating options (we get -40 temps). For those of you in colder climes, what has worked best for you?

I've attached some pics. We're still finishing up a few things (need a little door still, and a roosting bar inside, and heating, come fall).

I see no ventilation.....which is way more important than heat(except for a heated waterer).

Where, in relation to the roosts, are the windows? Do your birds have a dry, out of the drafts location? You need to have close to 1 square foot of ventilation per bird particularly through the winter. I do not heat my coop and we occasionally get real (no wind chill) -30C for several days.
