heavy egg layer breeds with bantams?

we'll be putting our babies in their new home, will I need to keep my heavier breeds seperate from our japanese bantams? I know theres a size difference, but their coop & run is roomy. Any suggestions?

as chicks, it will be fine. once they mature... Well, if you have a standard rooster you have to watch it with bantam hens as they could hurt them pretty badly trying to breed.. if you don't own roosters though it's perfectly fine.
