Pics
I was just teasing you, I get it. The internet as a whole is a huge problem. It's how photos of my birds were used to sell hatching eggs for unscrupulous breeders, snatched off the web like they were public domain. Thankfully, and oddly enough, so many know my birds, specific birds, and usually alert me if they see one. My own picture, no one would ever want, ha!
I feel foolish being this way, but I prefer to remain mostly anonymous, although you know who I am. If you want I can pm a old photo that's not the best so you can get an idea. Than I would delete it. I used to be adorable, which is funny because back than I thought I looked horrible.

Lisa, you don't have to do anything that makes you uncomfortable! Some days, it's just nice to put a face to an online friend, but it's not necessary. We love you, doesn't matter what you look like. We all like who you are! :love

I agree about posting personal pictures online. I don't post pictures of myself, and Dd #1 won't post pictures of her kids online either. I try to be a bit more careful nowadays.

I agree 100% about over-sharing with your kids or grandkids. They can get clues to where you live and you've endangered your children. Pedophiles troll the social media looking for victims. That is scary. If they are convicted, they are not supposed to be on social media, but hey, of course they are. They get on with someone else's account or make a new one and they're back in business.

I don't even like sharing pictures of my dogs. I can't imagine sharing children's pictures, but people do all the time. :hmm
My nephew's wife posts pics of their beautiful little boy, who is about 2 years old, all the time and their subdivision location is up there on the page. Scary stuff. Pics alone are not all that awful, but there are so many ways to find where people live now, that's the big issue.

Plus there's the whole thing of eventually those kids grow up and maybe they didn't want their pictures put all over the internet. They haven't given their permission. I have asked my dogs a few times and so far none of them will give their permission either. :)

Sorry, I've been home alone since last Thursday, I get a bit giddy from the freedom. I do miss my husband, but yet......:p
