I've lived with chickens my whole life. I love them all. Have more chickens than I can count, ducks, geese, guineas, a few obnoxious turkeys, an emu - and hopefully more emus in 2 months.
Am currently holding a chicken. He's a little rooster who's mom hid a nest until her chicks hatched. We don't like to have chicks born in the winter. He's a runt who had to be brought in when he was younger because I worried about him. Started crowing about a week ago.
