I need some advise ASAP!
I have broody mama who hatched out 4 babies out of 15-18 egg clutch: 2 white and 2 black. It happened Saturday morning. On Sunday when I went in to check on them I saw a baby chick on the ground in the middle of the coop and I thougt that one of them died. At closer inspection it turned out to be live newly hatched brown chick. I don't have any other broody hens, so this one must be hers too.
It was at dusk and I put him in the nest with the rest.
Today, after I came home from work I could not find the brown chick, so I thought something happened to him. I heard frantic chick noise outside and turned out it was outside. I tried to reunite him the rest again but moma chicken pecks at him.
I have him in the house in the box under lamp and he is chirping very unhappily.
Should I try to reintroduce him again at night or keep him separate? Do I need to get him a buddy? What should I do???

sometimes momma just rejects a chick. You will need to care for it, and it would be best if it had a buddy - see if you can rig something up so it can interact with the other chicks but momma can't get to it - usually something low enough that the chicks can get under but momma can't. You will need to provide warmth for the little one, too.

Also will have to watch really carefully til you can see if Momma is going to hurt this one, or just keep it away.
