Hello everyone!
I actually joined BYC a while back, but I didn't really post much and since I lost all my old info I figured I would just start over - I hope to get more involved this time
I am somewhat new to chickens, I did temporarily have some bantam chicks and I liked them so much I decided to get some baby chicks this year and get in on the "chicken raising" thing. I hope to enjoy my new chicks and hopefully they will make great pets (AND I hope to get some eggs out of the process!).
I am the proud owner of two chicks, one "White Rock" chick and a Golden Comet chick - both females.
I would like to get one more chick in the next few weeks, maybe something a little "exotic" or maybe a chick that will lay some funky colored eggs.
Well - look forward to more chit chat with you all!
