Hi all,
I am Emma
Mummy to 13 beautiful babies 2 I made, aged 23 and 10
, 2 cats
Binx and Rosie (Rosie was once a stray who we fell in love with and she wanted us to be her forever family) 5 fish, a bristlenose, swordtail and 3 bubble mollies

and my reason for being on here my 4 miniature silver appleyard duckies, Siren, Bongo, Buttercup and Missy

Siren is the bossy larger one
Bongo is the nutter
Buttercup likes to be 1st
Missy, I think she is from a different hatch as she is smaller and seems to be about a bit behind her sisters.
I have wanted ducks my whole life and now i am in the position to make my dream a reality!
I have been on this site for a while, learning all i can from you all (so thank you)
I have had my girls for 18days in this time they have gone from being scared of hands to calling for me and following me round their pen. So we are getting there. But i am a new ducky mum and will probably spend far too much time on here worrying that i am doing right by them.
So far I worry that they are getting enough of what they need, I think Missy has a bit of a niacin problem which i am on top of!! She always stays at the back and her sisters seem to get all of the goodies!
My current worry is their protien levels, as we had a lovely rainy day yesterday which produced a lot of juicy slugs on top of their mealworms and food are they getting too much??
So please get ready with plenty of answers please
In turn i will help all i can too
