We recently purchased our own home and would really love to have a few backyard hens. I lived on a farm as a child so I'm not completely new to chickens but definitely need a refresher.
We don't have chickens yet but are really hoping to have some soon.
We live in a big house with 3 cats, I work in information technology and my hubby is in logistics. I also own a small jewelry business on the side (I make wire-wrapped jewelry).
I happened upon BYC while searching for information and laws on keeping backyard hens in my city.
