Hello! I just made an account this morning because my mom unknowingly bought a sick pullet and most of our other chickens got sick from her so we gave them antibiotics and it seemed to go away, but now some of the chickens are getting symptoms again even tho I put them back on antibiotics a few days ago. A couple are coughing, closing one eye or sometimes both and the eye might even look a bit swollen. It's like they keep passing it; everyday I wake up and a new one has a symptom and the other one doesn't, but it just keeps going back and forth even while they're on antibiotics...I don't know my next step.

Sounds like you are not using the proper antibiotic. The wrong one will help, as it did in the first time they got sick, but if the meds aren't correct for the disease, it will come back on them. If you take them off of the meds too soon, it can come back on them as well.
