Hello to everyone at this site. My name is Alisha but my id on this sight is DiamondGalz. I've enjoyed the backyard chickens website for advice on our chickens and was delighted to know y'all also talk about other animals. I'm a city girl that married a cowboy a billion years ago and lives out in the middle of nowhere on a small ranch. We've been slowly adding to our farm for awhile starting off wtih 4 kids. Currently, we have a small herd of Beefmaster cattle, horses that 2 of my girls rodeo on, chickens, of course, rabbits, pygmy goats and we'll be adding bees this spring (can't wait!!) We're working on becoming self sufficient but it's been a process. Any advice is welcome!
