I am not new to chickens but I have not had them in awhile. Probably for about 30 yrs. Used to have Rhode Island Reds. Back then I only knew of white & red chix. But after going to county fairs- WOW!. But for now I will just be lurking about learning & re-learning. In the mean time, I am retired. I own 3 house cats and 2 over rambunctious Jack Russells. I do a lot of sewing for a local dog bakery/consignment shop where I sell my wares. (Never knew that there were so many naughty dogs in this world as I make a lot of doggie diapers!). Thanks for allowing me to join your forum. I look forward to reading your many posts and seeing pictures of your chix!
