Hello all!

Im new to having my own chickens...though grew up around them. We live in the middle-of-nowhere, tip-top of Maine. I have 2 kiddos- 16 yr old son and 11 yr old daughter-all three of us have Asperger's... I'm on SSI due to having back surgeries and other issues...
Right now, I have 2 shepherd mix dogs-, 2 cats, 4 ferrets and 10 hens-
4 Cornish mix girls,
4 buff Orpingtons and
2 black sex links...
My Cornish girls are about 12 weeks old, and are SO very sweet...and am in groups on FB to try and give them (hopefully) long, healthy happy lives. The babies (4 BO+2 BSL) are about 4-5 weeks and bought from TSC.
I'm here because almost every search I've done, on a variety of chicken related topics, lead here, so I figured I'd join!
I just caught my Cornish mix girls fighting over and eating mice...which was the latest google search that lead me to these forums lol
