Another one from Australia here,
I have been keeping chickens for a few years now first one's were 3 isa browns but they expired, I now have 2 Australorp and three more isa brown hens and got myself a big White Rooster from my Aunty, they are all great, the hens lay lots of lovely eggs and the rooster does his job too.
Anyway I decided to buid myself an incubator and hatch some eggs, I found this site while searching the net looking into incubator designs and how to use them. Most of what I found out came from this site, and I had great success I hatched 10 chics from 11 eggs first go wow. So i'm still here learning
Hatching your own eggs is so rewarding.
I also have three goats and a dog.
