We started with fertile eggs back in late December. I wanted to show the kids, but mostly I wanted chickens 
We hatched 4 beautiful Leghorns and then got another 4 random eggs and are still trying to figure out their gender/breed. Ended up buying some Easter Eggers and Olive Eggers at the Agway and now I can't be trusted to go to any store where they have chicks 
My kids are loving them and so am I. They really are a sweet bunch and so much fun to have around!
