I’m Mike. I keep chickens
. I’ve been keeping poultry for over 5 years now. Started with a “free” duck someone gave me and progressed to chickens. I lost count of how many we have at around 40. I have over 100. Probably closer to 200 or more. I have Orpingtons in Chocolate, Lavender & Buff, Ameraucana in Brown-red and Lavender, Deathlayers in Golden & Silver, French Copper Marans in Black & Blue, Cuckoo Marans, Whiting True Blues, Easter Eggers, Olive Eggers, White Crested Polish in Black & Blue, Silkies, Salmon Faverolles, Seramas, various sexlinked varieties, and a multitude of barnyard mixes. I’m probably forgetting a breed. I also keep fish. Discus, African cichlids and the like. I also collect and shave with straight razors. My handle Dublduck is a brand of straight razor. I’ve been lurking around the forums for years learning a ton. Finally decided to join officially. No particular reason for the decision. But here I am. Hi everyone.
