I've been raising chickens for almost 30 years, and this year got some African geese mostly as guard birds because in the next few months I'm finally realizing my nearly lifelong dream of moving to a farm large enough to way more than supply all meat needs for my family, 240 acres, now have the beginnings of a Scottish Highland beef cattle herd with a lot more coming.

Over the years I've read and learned a lot here through online searches turning up various threads, not feeling a need to join since all my chicken questions have already been discussed plenty for me to get enough info without asking anything else. Thank you all! Now I'll need much more help with my additional livestock, am also joining sister forums.
