I have a smaller flock 32 total! I joined because I rescued a baby a couple of weeks ago and there seems to be a lump under her beak and I can not figure out what it is. She seems to be very tired and not moving a lot today. This is Maybel, she says nice to met everyone

As you see I’m the second picture it sticks out under beak. It’s also hard Please help
 
This is her sitting and you see the black under her neck, that’s the problem area

It could be an injury, wound or scab... tough to see in the photo. You can trim back the fluff and feathers with scissors to get a better look and see what you're dealing with.
In the meantime, give her two drops of Poultry Nutri Drench orally twice a day for no more than 5 days to help her gain back her strength.
