How do you keep the ferals from leaving?

I built a large ‘catio’ on half of my deck. It’ s not safe to let them roam up here - too many predators! And it’s heated in the winter too!

These are some pics from while it was being built - sorry no more recent ones! There are heated cat beds - cat trees - I’m putting in a new heater and floor this week. And the ceiling is insulated and enclosed. My kitty condo! The house cats love to visit as well….
