Hello! .......and Help please! ....

Hi there,
I have 3 Hybrid chickens currently. I've had them for about 7 months now
Gertrude looks really poorly this morning, she didn't come out of the coop, she won't stand and her feet are limp. She is drooped to one side and flat on her belly.
Yesterday she was totally fine. She didn't lay an egg yesterday but that's the first day in months. The poo looks pretty normal. Her eyes are open and alert and she makes a bit of squeak occasionally.
Does anyone know what could be wrong with her please?
They were wormed around 3 months ago
Any advice would be really appreciated!

Hope the ER folks would be able to diagnose your hen. Is it possible she is eggbound?
