Thanks for having me. I’m excited to be a part of the BYC community!

I had chickens, turkeys, quail and pheasant growing up and am now getting my own little flock together— my daughter is almost 2 so I want her to have the same experience as I did. We have six chicks in the brooder currently… (supposedly) two Speckled Sussex, one Blue Cuckoo Marans, two Easter Eggers (so friendly!) and one mystery that I believe is a Splash Maran. We hope they’ll eat a lot of ticks and be family friendly gals!
