Hello and please give some advice

Hello from Scranton, PA I am new to raising backyard chickens, so please help me with an issue. I have four active and healthy hens approx. 20 weeks old. My issue is one of my hens has been having issues with a loose stool and it becomes matted on her butt. I have bathed her and it clears up for a few days and again starts over. She is very active and gaining weight. Upon examining her vent it seems to be bright red (irritated?). Her droppings are somewhat loose and show no signs of blood. She is feed crumbles and has 24x7 access to water which has AVC added 2x per week. What are your thoughts?? Thanks in advance
